Learn to Become a Master Gardener
Would you like to learn how to grow better flowers or vegetables? Would you like to finally have a lawn that looks like a golf course? Do you have an interest in gardening but don’t know where to get help? Our Master Gardener program is for you! Participants will receive more than 30 hours of horticulture training instructed by Extension Specialists and local Master Gardeners. Topics include:
- Vegetables
- Fruits
- Turf
- Insects
- Landscaping
- Woody Ornamentals
- Roses
- Soils
- And much more!
To complete your training you must donate 30 hours of labor in your first year. Classes are held in the spring and fall of every year.
